Check AvailabilitySalt Rock is a small town on the north coast of KwaZulu Natal, just north of Ballito. Salt Rock Holiday House is only 20 minutes from King Shaka International Airport or 40 minutes from Durban. It is the perfect holiday destination for families. As well as the extensive beach area that stretches from Salt Rock, through Shaka's Rock to Ballito, there is a variety of local restaurants and shops, beautiful off-shore reefs for snorkelling and diving, and lots of attractions to keep the children amused when they're not on the beach. There are numerous golf courses nearby, including Zimbali Country Club and Umhlali Country Club.
Salt Rock House is a large, beach house set on a substantial plot of land overlooking the Indian Ocean. There is ample parking for guests at the front of the house, which is paved. The back of the house, which overlooks the sea has a large garden, deck, covered dining area, braai (barbecue) and benches conveniently placed for ocean viewing. There is plenty of room for children to play in and around the house and garden.
